Loyalty4Life 

Based on our experience assisting many companies to create, launch and manage such programmes, DVT and its business partner Lifeworld (www.lifeworld.co.za) have jointly developed a specialized system to manage memberships of programmes and clubs for customers, employees and business partners. 

   

Loyalty4Life is a powerful management and administration system that caters for a variety of programme formats and associated benefit packages.  The software is designed to be flexible and is easily adapted to the unique requirements of each programme.  It provides an easy to use interface to member data and demographics, programme partners and associated benefit offers, membership options and fees, and benefit usage and redemption.  Importantly Loyalty4Life also included a comprehensive call center manager and powerful campaign and communications capabilities.

Service Management

Radical is a solution for the Service Management area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that is flexible and cost effective. It is made up of three components: 

  •  A powerful customisable framework 
  •  A Business Rules processor 
  •  A suite of ready-to-use adaptable service applications 

Radical has been successfully implemented in excess of 70 Southern African companies over the past six years with hundreds of active users.  Solutions range from our suite below to end-to-end custom designed solutions to manage the entire back office operations. 

   

Radical has rich functionality for incident management, Service Level Agreement (SLA) tracking, automatic escalation, change request, warrantees, repairs and service clocks.  Furthermore, it communicates through multiple channels offering phone, email, SMS and web integration. Radical also includes marketing and communications functionality for keeping in touch with customers via multiple channels.

Web and Internet 


Web-based application and website development is a specialised solution provided by the DTH group.  Our solutions are based on an existing frameworks and software components which are customised and configured by an experienced team of professionals with a broad range of web development skills. 

 
As a systems application specialist, we focus on the software development and technical aspects of web development projects.  We therefore partner and engage with design and marketing agencies or in-house departments to deliver solutions that fulfil their strategic and functional requirements.
