Project Management Everything we deliver across the Group is treated as a project. We believe that there is a start and end to every assignment we undertake. To that end, competent project management is considered key to our overall success.
Our project managers are typically experienced practitioners with a proven track record. We use a mix of personal style and a proven approach. Individual project managers are experienced enough to decide on the mix and use of methodology and less formal methods. However we will adopt any given methodology for the duration of a project or assignment if stipulated by our client. All delivery skills of software development, business analysis, and project management are considered equally important. Our project managers are asked to collaborate and communicate reasons and rationale rather than trying exercise command and control techniques.
